Tina Turner: Will Not Comment On Ike Turner’s Death

Tina Turner, singing star and known for her fabulous legs, has yet to really comment on the passing of her ex-husband Ike Turner.  Ike passed away at his home in San Marcos, California on Wednesday, December 12th, 2007.   Ike and Tina were married for 18 years; however, their marriage was very rocky due to Ike’s cocaine addiction.

Tina’s spokesperson has said, “Tina is aware that Ike passed away earlier today.  She has not had any contact with him in 35 years.  No further comment will be made.”  Tina and Ike divorced in 1976, so I assume they lost contact very soon after.  After seeing Tina’s side of the story, I assume she was very happy they parted ways.  Ike was very abusive to her.  I wonder if Tina will show her face at the funeral?!?!

Ike Turner Dies At Age 76

Ike Turner has passed away at the age of 76.  Ike was not only the former husband of Tina Turner but he was a legendary musician.  Sources have said they believe Ike passed away in his sleep at his home in San Marcos, California near San Diego.  Ike had been married four times and has four children:  Ike Jr, Michael, Ronald, and Mia.

The world has lost a great legend.  R.I.P. Ike Turner.
