O.J. Simpson was found GUILTY!   

Simpson was found NOT GUILTY just 13 years ago; however, he has now been found guilty on 12 counts, including robbery, kidnapping, conspiracy to commit a crime, burglary, and assault with a deadly weapon.  Simpson robbed a sports memorabilia dealer in Las Vegas last year, which will now put him behind bars for 15 years to life. 

The jury of nine men and three women, none of them African-American, began deliberations Friday after hearing from 22 witnesses over 12 days of testimony. Chief among the witnesses were seven of the nine people inside Room 1203 of the Palace Station Hotel and Casino for the September 13, 2007 confrontation.

The evidence included testimony from the two dealers, four co-defendants who cut plea deals and cooperated with prosecutors and hours of often-profane, crackling, secretly recorded audiotapes.

Prosecutors alleged that the men, led by Simpson, burst into the room, flashed a gun and threatened memorabilia dealers Bruce Fromong and Al Beardsley.

The men then filled two pillowcases with Simpson trinkets, signed Pete Rose baseballs and Joe Montana lithographs. Simpson’s defense attorneys maintained their client was merely trying to retrieve personal photographs and other mementos that belonged to him.

O.J. was acquitted 13 years ago (to the day) of murder.  This time he wasn’t so lucky.  The judge will sentence him on December 5th.  Simpson, 61, will probably end up dying in prison.  Isn’t that ironic? 

You would think that Simpson would have learned his lesson the first time around.  He got super lucky 13 years ago.  He walked away from a murder trial with just a bad reputation.  Now, he will be serving time, and his freedom is gone.

Police tell TMZ a fourth suspect has been arrested in the alleged robbery involving O.J. Simpson.

Michael McClinton turned himself in this afternoon to Vegas cops. He was booked on a variety of felony charges, including robbery, assault and burglary with a deadly weapon, conspiracy and kidnapping.

He’s currently housed in the same jail where O.J. sits, awaiting tomorrow’s bail hearing. Hidey ho neighbor!

Cops are looking for the men below, in connection with the alleged robbery involving O.J. Simpson.

They were photographed by surveillance cameras at the Palace Station Hotel on September 13 as they left the casino, allegedly carrying items taken in the robbery.

O.J. Simpson has been officially charged with several felony counts by the Clark County District Attorney.

The Clark County D.A. has charged Simpson and three other defendants — Walter Alexander, Clarence Stewart and Michael McClinton — with one count each of conspiracy to commit a crime, conspiracy to commit kidnapping, conspiracy to commit robbery, first degree kidnapping with use of a deadly weapon, burglary while in possession of a deadly weapon, robbery with use of a deadly weapon, assault with a deadly weapon and coercion with with use of a deadly weapon.

The charges indicate that “one or more handguns” were used in the incident.

O.J. Simpson was questioned by police in Las Vegas on Thursday about his potential involvement in a casino hotel room break-in.

The break-in was reported at the Palace Station casino and sports memorabilia is reportedly missing.

Simpson was released and is believed to be in Las Vegas.

“We don’t believe he’s going anywhere,” a police spokesman said.

The investigators report will be turned over to the Las Vegas district attorney today. The D.A.’s office would then decide whether to pursue an arrest warrant in the case.

Arrest him!!!!

He did it….sorta!

O.J. Simpson has confessed to taking sports memorabilia that belonged to him from a Vegas hotel room, but he is denying that he broke in to get it.

Simpson says he was conducting a “sting operation” to collect his belongings when he was escorted into the room at the Palace Station casino.

Uhmmm. Ya. Ok. Once a liar, always a liar!
