Dita Von Teese recently had an interview where she opened up on a lot of details regarding her life. She spoke about her marriage to Marilyn Manson, her room dedicated entirely to her vintage clothing, and so much more!!!

Dita (on the hardest thing about stripping):

To make it look effortless and natural.

Dita (on the best thing about her divorce from Marilyn Manson):

There’s a long list. I am happy to have the drugs out of my life.

Dita: (on her most prized possession):

I took my engagement diamond and had it transformed at a Christian Dior in Paris into a beautiful ring. It’s nice; it’s big. I feel like I suffered greatly for that diamond, and it needed to be reborn into something better.

Dita (on her vintage style kitchen):

One of my big extravagances when I moved out of my former husband’s house was a matching pink stove and refrigerator in ’50s style. Unlike real vintage items, they work. Obsolete item she can’t bear to part with: Everything I have is obsolete. That’s the point.

Dita (on the extra bedrooms in her house):

I turned one of them into a dark, jewel box of a bedroom. Another is a wardrobe with my dresses, shoes, and vintage clothes. The third is devoted to my hat collection and vanity. It’s a real powder room.

Dita (on animals in her house):

I have various taxidermied animals. I have a peacock, swans and birds in large glass domes. They’re beautiful.

Evan Rachel Wood has feelings! She isn’t just a man stealer! Recently Evan Rachel Wood was filming a scene for the Beatles Musical, Across the Universe, and she couldn’t seem to stop crying after the director said “cut.” Wood said,

“I’m standing there hearing The Beatles sing Let It Be, which already moves you, and then right in front of you, live, I was watching these people fold this American flag. With that song playing and with that image right in front of me, something snapped and I just broke down. I could not hold the crying in. I was thinking, ‘This is happening every day, where a soldier is honored at a funeral,’ and it was probably happening while we were filming that scene, and it just killed me.”

Well maybe that’s why Marilyn Manson likes her….she is a big cry baby!
