Kiefer Sutherland,41, and his wife, Elizabeth Sutherland, are now officially divorced!! After four years of filing papers and nine years of being separated, the two have finally made it official!! Man…talk about draggin some feet!!

A Superior Court judge signed off on the divorce on Friday. Elizabeth will be dropping the “Sutherland” from her name.

All I want to know is….where the hell is 24?!?!?

Kiefer Sutherland has been released from the Glendale City Jail! He was released just after midnight and served 48 days. Man…that must have sucked! This was Kiefer’s second DUI conviction. I hope poor Kiefer didn’t become anyone girly inside the joint…or get ass raped!! Now…24 can go on!! Woohoo!

Kiefer Sutherland Serving Jail Time!

Kiefer Sutherland is in JAIL! Kiefer, star of 24, surrendered yesterday at 5:30pm and was booked at 5:46pm. The booking record shows Kiefer is 40 years old, 150lbs., 5′10, blond hair, and blue eyed. Kiefer was scheduled to start his time on December 21 (his birthday), but I guess he decided now was the best time. Since the writers strike is still going on, Kiefer can’t really work so he probably thought his time would best be served in jail. Kiefer could have waited as late as February 12th to start serving his time. Poor guy…I hope he learns his lesson (and I hope he has a Merry Christmas in jail!)

Kiefer Sutherland Behind Bars for DUI Charges
KIEFER SUTHERLAND will serve forty-eight days in jail for drink driving. He will spend thirty days in jail for driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit, and eight days for violating his probation - relating to a previous DUI conviction in December 2004. Kiefer Sutherland also received a six-month driving ban and must attend alcohol education classes for eighteen months and weekly alcohol therapy sessions for six months. I am glad to finally see some of these celebrities start to due the time when the commit the crime like the rest of society.

Kiefer Sutherland charged with DUI and faces jail time!

Kiefer Sutherland, the star of “24,” has been charged with DUI by the L.A. city attorney’s office. Sutherland, who was just recently arrested, was actually still on probation for a drunk driving arrest that took place in 2004. According to Nick Velasquez, a representative for the city attorney’s office, Sutherland is looking at possible jail time between four days and a year. Velasquez also said:

“We also charged him with a second DUI offense within 10 years, which we believe also violates the terms of his probation.”

Well…I expect he will spend some time in jail. Hopefully it doesn’t interfere with any 24 stuff because that show is GREAT and obviously can’t survive without Kiefer!!

Kiefer Sutherland arrested for DUI

Kiefer Sutherland, the star of 24, was pulled over at 1:35am early Tuesday morning on suspicion of D.U.I. Sutherland allegedly blew more than twice the legal limit and was arrested on the scene. Sutherland was plastered from attending a Fox fall premiere party at the club Area in L.A. Sutherland was kept at the Hollywood police station for several hours before he was released at 5:42am on $25,000 bail. His court date is scheduled on October 16th, 2007.

Hmm…wonder if he will get out of this one? He can officially hang out with Paris, Lindsay, and Nicole! WOOHOO!!
