Kevin Federline (FAT) is being sued by the landlords of his home in Tarzana for $110,661 in damages.  They claim Federline trashed the home and then left without paying rent for 6-months.  Here are a list of the damages:

- Gutters full of cigarette butts and empty beer bottles
- A broken beer dispenser on the barbecue island
- Permanent spit marks on exterior paint
- Broken light covers
- Bent light posts
- Broken tiles
- Dead trees and plants due to failure to water
- Drawings all over the walls
- A room that was turned into a studio (without the owners’ permission)
- Broken dishwasher … with broken baskets
- Dismantled smoke detectors
- Front driveway oil-leak damage
- Master bathroom windows tinted (without owners’ permission)

Sounds like a real shit hole!  What do renters expect?  This is what happens everytime you rent your home out, right?!  That is precisely why I would NEVER rent a home out.  People will TRASH your shit!

What I don’t get is…the studio?!  Why is there a studio?  Was K-Fed thinking he was going to get a real career?  hahhahah that cracks me up!  Ohhhh the dreams of a fat one! 

Clearly, he will need to ask Britney for the money to pay these people.

What the hell happened to K-Fed?

Kevin Federline has become HUGE!  Wasn’t he a back-up dancer…once upon a time?  Apparently, he has become a professional eater!  He looks GROSS!  He reminds me of one of those hotties in highschool that you just HAVE
to date, he treats you like crap, dumps you, and then once you get out of college you realize he was a loser from the jump (and he ends up looking like…well…like K-Fed looks now)!  Ugh…Nasty!  He like waddles to the pool…sad & unhealthy!

I bet Britney Spears is somewhere laughing her ass off!

Umm….what the hell happened to this individual??  And…who did he eat?  What buffet did Jessica Simpson take his ass to?  I bet Nick Lachey and Britney Spears are somewhere right now thanking GOD they pulled a kermit-the-frog away from Miss Piggy!!

Kevin has never been attractive, but he was crackhead thin.  So, what happened?  Did he turn in the cocaine for pot?  Whatever he and Jessica Simpson have done….perhaps they should share their secret with Lindsay Lohan.  She is in serious need of gaining a couple of pounds.

Oh could it be that Britney Spears and the paparazzi have formed such an unholy union that it will result in offspring? Don’t these people what “The Omen” or any old movie when pure evil gets mixed up with a crazy woman the result can never be good. The pair that have been frequenting some of the finer establishments in LA hit up Rite Aid and were caught checking out some pregnancy tests. Could it be that Adnan Ghalib has hit the mother load of all jackpots by knocking up the the Bi-polar Britney “Gimme More” Spears?

But the photo of Britney looking at a pregnancy test called “Answer” just raises more questions — as does the fact that she’s wearing what looks like a diamond ring on her ring finger and, when she visited a Mercedes-Benz car dealership on Friday with Adnan Ghalib, she was wearing the short, white lace Monique Lhuillier wedding dress from her 2004 marriage to Kevin Federline.

As the rumors circulate that Britney Spears is trying to get pregnant; hoping to marry Adnan Ghalib (who is already married, to a woman named AzLynn Berry); or considering converting to Islam, the singer’s former assistant Alli Sims spoke out against Ghalib in the new issue of Us Weekly.

“I do not think Adnan is a good person,” Sims told the magazine. “I think he only has bad intentions. He has always given me a weird feeling and creeped me out. I wish he would just go away.”

Noting that she doesn’t know Adnan Ghalib outside of his role as a celebrity photographer who trailed them “for the last eight months,” Sims thinks Adnan Ghalib made his move to get into Spears’ inner circle when Sims went home for the holidays. “Because he knows good and well I would have been like, ‘Who are you?’ ” she said.

While images of Britney Spears and new pal Adnan Ghalib apparently shopping for pregnancy tests at a pharmacy have sent the baby bump rumor mill into a frenzy, a source close to Spears tells “Access Hollywood” it’s all a joke.

“It’s all bullshit. They’re just toying with the paparazzi,” Spears confidant Sam Lutfi told “Access.”

Britney Spears and Adnan Ghalib were seen perusing the pregnancy test aisle at a Rite Aid in Studio City, Calif., on Tuesday. However, the validity of the rumors was questioned as the photos of the couple were taken by FinalPixx — the agency Ghalib works for.

What the hell has Britney Spears turned in to??  She looks horrible!!  What’s up with the shoes, no bra, lipstick, hair, shorts, and loser arm candy?!?!

Britney is having no luck getting visitation rights back.  The court has upheld the suspension of her visitation rights (which I believe is GREAT).  There will be another hearing on February 19th, and she can try to obtain visitation rights at that time.  Britney showed up at court momentarily, but she left after the media hounded her.  Mark Vincent Kaplan, Kevin Federline’s attorney, addressed the media shortly after the ruling.  Kaplan said:

“The word victory is not something Mr. Federline or his counsel would ascribe to this. There is no joy. This is a grave situation for all,” Kaplan said. Although Federline thought the ruling was correct, Kaplan said, “his goal, his hope for the future is at some point he will be able to parent the children with the participation of their mother.”

Yea….well good luck on that mother thing.  Britney will probably commit suicide within the next year.  So, maybe Kevin should start looking for a new mother!  Britney will never get her act together.  I don’t think she even wants those children.

Kevin Federline now has sole legal and physical custody of his two sons.  After court today, Britney’s visitation rights have been suspended.  This order is in effect for Spears until January 14, and then there will be another hearing to determine another order of the court.

She may get her visitation rights back, but she really doesn’t deserve them after what she put those children through last night.  Britney Spears has lost her mind!!  Jayden James and Sean Preston should not ever be left in Britney’s care.  She is a danger to herself and to her children.  Britney just keeps making Kevin look better and better!

Breaking News: Britney Spears in Hospital has been rushed to hospital in LA after a dramatic police stand-off at her home last night.

Latest news from Britney Spears’ crazytown is that Kevin Federline’s bodyguards showed up to get the kids but she said “no.”

Britney Spears was wheeled out of her Studio City home on a gurney and taken in an ambulance to UCLA Medical Center. Her medical condition is unknown, although it is being reported by that she was under the influence of an unknown substance when police arrived.

K-Fed was supposed to have the kids at 7 PM, but when she refused to hand them over to the bodyguards, the police were called in. The LAPD arrived at Britney Spears’ home at 8 PM. After that, it just got crazier, as an ambulance and fire trucks arrived on the scene. Oh yeah, and a police chopper. And Kevin Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan.

Police cars, ambulances and fire trucks rushed to Britney Spears’ home yesterday evening at The Summit, a gated community in Los Angeles after she reportedly refused to turn over her two sons to their father after a visit.

Jayden James and Sean Preston were visiting their mother this afternoon and were scheduled to be returned to their father at 7pm. When Federline’s bodyguards arrived to pick up the children, Spears apparently refused to hand them over.

The children were eventually returned safely to their father’s care at around 11pm.

Spears was taken to a the hospital just before midnight local time, the ambulance surrounded by swarms of paparazzi as it left the gated area where she lives.

This all went down after Britney Spears had shown up two hours late earlier in the day for a deposition in her custody case.
