Nick Hogan got out of jail this morning at 12:30a.m. in Clearwater, Florida. He served 166 days of an 8 month sentence for pleading no contest to reckless driving. Basically, he almost killing his best friend, John Graziano.

Anywho, he was apparently given time off for good behavior. Well, of course, he was going to be good. Did anyone really think he was gonna be a badass and start fights with dudes in jail? He is so wimpy. I bet he cried every single day. I just HOPE this fool doesn’t come out with his own reality show. I might have to throw forks in my eyes if that happens.

Brooke Hogan, Nick’s fugly sister, was waiting for her boyfriend brother as he was released. They hugged, made out, and made sure to speed the whole way back to momma Hogans house. They then partied the night away, while John Graziano is (yes) currently still lying in the hospital.

Linda Hogan released the following statement this morning begging for privacy. Unfortunately, she didn’t mean it, and they won’t be getting any privacy.

“This is our time as a family to come together to support Nick’s adjustment back into the public life keeping it as normal as possible. Neither Nick, nor we as a family, has any interest in making this anything but private. We respect the media’s role and only ask that they respect our privacy.Nick went into prison as a juvenile and has experienced something that will mold and affect him for the rest of his adult life. His focus is to make a positive difference in this world, media free. Since his future actions will speak louder than any words, there is no need to speak to the media at this time.”

This whole family is a mess. I am so happy I’m not apart of that mess.

The Hogan’s are so caring, and Nick is sooo remorseful.  In fact, they care so much they want to make some money off of this deal.  Assholes.  I’m sure they are gonna give all to John Graziano’s family too!!  umm..no!

Last week, audio tapes were released from Nick Hogan’s jail phone calls.  Twenty-six hours of conversations and some of those conversations were with Nick and his parents.  The following is a piece of the transcripts from the tapes.  It kinda of makes you want to hate on the Hogan’s.  I don’t know…what do you think?!

Hulk: “Well, I don’t know what type of person John was. Or what he did to get himself in this situation. I know he was pretty aggressive and yelled at people and do stuff. And for some reason God laid some heavy shit on that kid. I don’t know what he was into.”

Nick: “He was a negative person.

Hulk: “He was what?”

Nick: “He was a negative person. Will you work on that Real-Ality deal?”

Hulk: “Yep”

Nick: “Get that lined up so the minute I walk out…wherever I walk out of it’s there…boom.”

Hulk: “Can you do it while you’re on probation?”

Nick: “Of course.”

Hulk: “Do you want to do it with Pink Sneakers or someone else?”

Nick: “I want to do it where I’ll make the most money.”

There are more transcripts out there.  Some with Linda Hogan calling John a vegetable.  Also, Linda says that John’s family is not the one suffering, but they are.  She says they are the ones with the loss; not the Graziano’s.   WHAT A BITCH!!  Nick is a piece of shit too.  Can we just get rid of the whole Hogan family…they make me sick!

Stupid Brooke Hogan is all upset her brother, Nick Hogan, was sentenced to 8 months in jail.  Brooke has been blogging on Myspace again!!!  Check out this load of crap (from Brooke herself):

I know most of the public thinks my brother is some rich little selfish kid, but NO ONE knows the real story and I’m really pissed that the truth didn’t come out from either side. A LOT of lies were told in that trial. Believe me. And it wasn’t from us. John was NEVER home. He was at our house. ALL THE TIME. that should say enough…. Im not going to be out spoken right now, but If some s*** doesn’t start getting straightened out, A lot of people are going to eat their words for lieing. I know all of the truth and I have back up. I never know how twisted this world could be but I’m starting to figure it out. And I’m gonna have to jump off my high road and tackle some ppl who are taking the low road. I know you guys don’t understand, but you will really really soon. Keep praying. And by the way, before you judge anybody, make sure you really know them. I promise you if you were to meet my brother he would give you the shirt off his back. He’s not “NICK HOGAN.” AND hes not the person he plays on tv. People are so gullible now a days…

What is Brooke trying to say anyway??  That John Graziano didn’t like his family!?! John was always hanging out with the Hogan’s because he was friends with Nick and probably TRUSTED him….ya know…not to try to kill him!!  What a bitch?!  He can’t even speak for himself anymore…her brother almost killed him (well Nick turned him into a vegetable!)  How dare her!!  BITCH!  Brooke SHOULD NOT say shit about John!!  She is so stupid!

Finally, John Graziano’s family filed a lawsuit yesterday against the Hogans claiming they were responsible for the car crash that has put their son in the hospital.  The lawsuit cites three counts of negligence against Hulk Hogan (a.k.a Terry Bollea) and Nick Hogan,  one against Linda Hogan, and another count against the driver of the Dodge Viper that was racing with Nick Hogan.

John Graziano will require medical attention for the rest of his life, and I believe his family is doing the right thing.  Nick is a horrible driver, and his parents should take some responsibility!  Hell…I think Brooke is responsible too (just because she sucks).

Nick Hogan will also be facing charges of reckless driving with serious bodily injury.  I hope they punish Nick big time!!!!  John and his family will have to suffer for the rest of their lives, while Nick and his family can just go around having a great time.  Hulk Hogan is out having affairs, Linda is out spending money, Brooke is out hurting everyone’s ears with that horrible singing, and Nick is still walking around doing what he used to do!  He should be put behind bars!!

John Graziano is said to be showing posative health improvements.

Former U.S marine John Graziano was left needing nursing care for the rest of his life after Nick Bollea / Nick Hogan crashed his Supra, in which Graziano was a passenger, earlier this August.

Now John Graziano’s mother Debra has revealed her son is semi-conscious, can open his eyes, and he recently leaned away from her when she tried to touch his face.

He still can’t breathe without a machine and can’t speak, but recently, he has shown some signs of improvement.
Graziano leaned away from his mother as she tried to touch his face recently, she said.

Awesome. Now Hulk Hogan’s lawyers can get to work investigating why John Graziano’s lack of a seatbelt is a more heinous crime than drag-racing drunk. I even hear the Hulk is trying to pin his divorce on it as well. I think this whole situation is a mess, The blame still is in Nick Hogan’s court, racing and drink do not excuse a seat belt and reckless driving. Good Luck John!

Nick Hogan is going to Jail!!! TMZ is reporting that there is a warrant issued by the Clearwater, Florida Police for the arrest of Nick Hogan for reckless driving involving serious bodily injury. I guess Nick and the police are making arrangements for Nick to turn himself in.

I completely agree with this, and Hogan should get the book thrown at him. Nick’s awful behavior involved his friend, John Graziano, who didn’t get to walk away from the terrible car crash in August. Graziano suffered serious brain injuries and will require specialized care for the rest of his life. Nick should pay for that.

Nick Hogan is such a compassionate blogger, he took some time yesterday to post his thoughts and feelings in a long overdue blog post in his MySpace blog. Before I slam Nick Hogan (son of wrester Hulk Hogan, brother of Brooke Hogan), on his spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and everything else, let me first remind you that Nick Hogan was wrecklessly driving his Toyota Supra in Clearwater, Florida and was involved in a terrible car accident earlier this August.

Driving irresponsibly in his Toyota Supra, Nick Hogan and his passenger John J. Graziano were both injured. Nick was released the next morning with a broken arm. John J. Graziano, an Iraq War Veteran sustained massive head injuries and will most likely spend the rest of his life in a nursing home on life support.

Nick Hogan’s car crash was August 26th, but the police report was just released today. The report states that authorities are still waiting on results from a drug and alcohol test that was taken after the crash. Investigators will probably decided by November whether or not they will be pressing charges.

John Graziano, Nick’s passenger, is still comatose. He remains in the Bayfront Medical Center. Doctors say that Graziano has suffered permanent brain damage, and he will never recover.

I hope they put Nick behind bars….it’s what he deserves! John Graziano will never be able to walk, talk, or do anything ever again. Nick is a spoiled brat…and so is his sister, Brooke Hogan. She sucks too (by the way)! I say put her behind bars too!!
