DJ AM (aka Adam Goldstein) may have committed suicide!?

People magazine is reporting that Goldstein may have deliberately tried to kill himself, and this theory stems from what officers found at the scene.

When Goldstein was found in his NY apartment, he had reportedly 8 undigested OxyContin pills in his stomach. Apparently, he had a 9th pill in his mouth. The 9th pill suggests that Goldstein was taking the pills at a rapid rate, and his body couldn’t handle it. There was also a crack pipe found next to his body and crack found underneath him.

Goldstein had propped a mirror against the front door of the apartment as well as the door of his room. This made it very difficult for anyone to get in. It has also been reported that Goldstein had scattered personal items around him. There were photos near him and love notes from his girlfriend, Haley Wood. The couple had reportedly split a week prior to Goldstein’s death; however, Wood says they were very much together.

Law enforcement officials would typically believe this was a suicide attempt; however, without the official autopsy or toxicology results they are still treating this as an accidental overdose.

When you are on heavy drugs, suicide can pop into your head. While being higher than a kite, sometimes people realize that when they come down from being high, they will have to deal with real life. They never want to come down …so thoughts of suicide rush into your head. It’s a scary thought. Drugs are soooo bad! Stay away from DRUGS!

Adam Goldstein (DJ A.M.) Found Dead! Drug Overdose??

DJ AM, Adam Goldstein, was found dead in New York this afternoon. He was in his bed shirtless and wearing sweatpants. Apparently, drug paraphernalia was found in the room. Prescription pill bottles were found near his body, and a pipe commonly used to smoke drugs were also found in the room.

DJ AM was a survivor in a plane crash with Travis Barker last September. Adam Goldstein was an amazing DJ! He had struggled with his weight, and he had ungergone gastric bypass surgery. He dated Nicole Richie and Mandy Moore.

Goldstein’s body was found at 5:20 pm. Nobody had heard from Goldstein for a couple of days, so friends contacted police. An odd odor came from his New York apartment prior to the police breaking down his door.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of Goldstein. This is such a tragedy.

Update: A source on the scene claims there was a glass “crack pipe” found in Goldstein’s room and pill bottles found in the kitchen. Goldstein had been sober for 9 years; however, he had recently broken-up with his girlfriend, Hayley Wood. The couple split last week, and Wood apparently broke off the relationship. Goldstein was “devastated.” He was also still having a hard time dealing with post-traumatic stress from the plane crash he survived last year. With all of his stress, Goldstein probably gave into his demons and started using drugs again. Sad and unfortunate. The world lost an amazing talent.

Travis Barker: Thankful To Be Alive!

Travis Barker is so thankful to be alive. Barker, after surviving a plane crash leaving four people dead, gave his first interview to Us Weekly. He is being treated in Los Angeles for second and third degree burns that cover the lower half of his body. Barker confesses the following:

“I hate planes,” says Barker. “My biggest fear ever is to be involved in a plane crash, so when that happened … well, I’m just thankful to be alive! I’m just grateful to be here at all.”
How are you doing?
“I am doing the best I can possibly be. I’m so anxious to get out of here. …I’ve just been in surgery after surgery. I have third degree burns basically from my feet up to my waist and both hands. One of my hands was second degree burns and one was third degree burns. I’m trying to have a quick recovery and play the drums again and be able to hold my kids again. [Barker has two children, Landon, 5, and Alabama, 2, with Moakler.] I’m going nuts not being able to see them and spend time with them!”

I cannot believe he was scared of planes and then gets into a plane crash. That is like the worst nightmare ever! I used to be soooo scared of planes. It was like my worst fear. I cannot even imagine what he went through. My heart goes out to DJ AM and Travis Barker. My thoughts and prayers are with them in their healing process.

Travis Barker & DJ AM: In Serious Plane Crash

Travis Barker and DJ AM were involved in a serious plane crash in South Carolina just before midnight on Friday night. Barker and AM were traveling in a Learjet taking off from South Carolina’s Columbia Metropolitan Aiport. They were headed for Van Nuys, California when the plane started sparking, went off the runway, and crashed on a nearby road. The plane was carrying six people. Four people died in the crash and two were seriously injured. Barker and AM were luckily alive but severily injured. Barker was transported by ground to a burn facility in Augusta, Georgia, while DJ AM was airlifted.

Among the deceased where the pilot, Sarah Lemmon, 31, of Anaheim Hills, CA, co-pilot, James Bland, 52, of Carlsbad, CA, Charles Still, 25 of Los Angeles, CA, and Chris Baker, of Studio City, CA. Chris was apparently Travis Barker’s assistant.

Barker and AM had been in Columbia, South Carolina Friday evening for a T-Mobile sponsored concert at Five Points.

Barker and AM are expected to make a full recovery. They both suffered from second and third degree burns. Barker was burned on his torso, while DJ AM was burned on his hands and part of his head. It may take up to a whole year for them to recover, but they are doing well so far.

A friend of DJ AM has told E! News that his face was burned very badly. According to his friend, ”More than 50 percent of his body is burned and the worst is on his face.” He has been put in a doctor-induced coma so he can undergo skin grafts.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the families and friends who lost someone in this crash. Our thoughts and prayers will continue to stay with Travis Barker and DJ AM until they make a full recovery.

Pamela Anderson and Rick Salomon are officially done!! Their annulment has finally gone through after their two month marriage. They cited fraud as the reason for the annulment. What exactly that means….we may never know! However, TMZ is reporting that Pamela had promised Rick that she would have his babies. Sources told TMZ that she became pregnant during the marriage, and after they separated she was no longer pregnant. Perhaps this is why fraud was included in the annulment.

WHAT?! Pammy went and got an abortion without Rick’s knowledge?! Is this what we are to conclude?! I can’t believe that! Not from our sweet Pamela Anderson! She is so classy and pure. She would NEVER do that!! Rick is just crazy!

I wonder who Pamela will marry next?!! Tommy Lee again? DJ AM? Cisco Adler? Johnny Knoxville? It could really be anyone!!! Men…beware…there is a HUGE BLONDE STD coming your way!!

Paris Hilton has been shooting her new film in Canada, but just recently hit up LAX nightclub in Las Vegas for her sister’s birthday party. Paris was looking GREAT, and her hair cut is so cute!
