Paris Hilton 

Paris Hilton loves looking like…well herself!  She refuses to have any work done.  Although, let’s face it, most people don’t look as hot as Paris all-natural.  Hilton said: 

“I love being all-natural. A lot of girls who are 21, they have a lot of work done and they look 40. It ages you. And you’re going to have to maintain it. By the time you’re 30, you’re going to look like you’re 50. By the time you’re 50, your face is going to fall off.”

I agree that some people get too much work done, and they end up looking awful.  All-natural is probably the way to go unless you look like a hobbit.
