Shia LaBeouf

So…Shia LaBeouf was arrested on suspicion of felony DUI yesterday in Hollywood.  Shia made an illegal left turn in front of another vehicle at the intersection of La Brea and Fountain.  The other vehicle hit Shia’s vehicle, and his car rolled over.  It was apparent that Shia was drunk at the scene; however, no Breathalyzers were taken at that time.

Shia and the victim in the other vehicle were taken to the hospital.  Shia seriously injured his hand and apparently had to get surgery yesterday.  The victim in the other vehicle only suffered a minor head injury.

Shia will reportedly not be charged with a felony DUI, but he is being charged with a misdemeanor DUI.

I cannot believe he is such an alcoholic!  He needs to get his ass in rehab or something.  He really has potential, but he is going down the wrong route.  He is really funny and seems to have a really cool personality, but I bet deep down he is like really depressed.  I hope he gets some help.
