Mariah Carey Nick Cannon

Apparently, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are engaged.  I’m gonna call bullshit on this one, but nevertheless, here is what’s goin on!

 

Carey, 38, met Cannon, 27, in March when he directed the video for her latest single, “Bye Bye.”  When Carey showed up for the premiere of her new film, Tennessee, in NYC on April 26th, she wore a huge rock on her engagement finger.  Cannon also showed up to the premiere.  At the after party for the premiere, Carey and Cannon stuck very close to each other.  Carey’s rep was unavailable for comment, and Cannon’s rep had no comment for the engagement rumors.

When asked, Carey told Us that it was “very nice” working with Cannon on her video.  When asked what he loved about Carey, Cannon said, “Everything!”

 

Why do I get the strange feeling Ashton Kutcher is behind this?!?!  He is just waiting to jump out and say…”YOU GOT PUNKED!!”  Why in the hell would Mariah Carey ever date Nick Cannon?!  They are just on two different levels!!  I hope this isn’t true!  Otherwise, Mariah is seriously selling herself short, and Nick just got really lucky!
