Scott Weiland Fired From Velvet Revolver!?!

So, apparently Velvet Revolver have fired their frontman, Scott Weiland. Weiland reportedly told his fans at a gig that they were watching the last Velvet Revolver concert ever. Slash, in a press release on Tuesday, issued the following statement:

“This band is all about its fans and its music, and Scott Weiland isn’t 100% committed to either. Among other things, his increasingly erratic on stage behavior and personal problems have forced us to move on.”

Well…see now I heard that Weiland has taken back his role as frontman for the Stone Temple Pilots, and the STP are going out on a summer tour. So….there would be no way that Weiland could do both (be in Velvet Revolver and Stone Temple Pilots).

If the Stone Temple Pilots got back together and they want Scott Weiland as their frontman again, then I’m sure Weiland won’t pass up that opportunity. Besides, everyone knows Weiland has a serious drug addiction problem, so he and Velvet Revolver are probably sick of each other.
