So…Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn are getting a divorce.  USWeekly is reporting that Sean had filed for divorce on December 7th, but he had changed his mind.  Sean had it dismissed on December 18th.  Then, three days later, Robin filed divorce papers reason being irreconcilable differences.

However, rumor now has it that Sean may have been cheating on Robin.  Four days prior to Robin filing for the divorce, Sean was seen out having dinner with a young, attractive brunette at San Francisco’s Cafe de la Presse restaurant.

I mean of course he cheated!!!  He is Spicoli for Christ Sake!  Who the hell cares?!?  It was probably Audrina from The Hills he was eating dinner with.  Does anyone care?!
