Bubba The Love Sponge Is Scared Of The Scale

Christmas came early for those of you who have been threatening to cancel your Sirius subscriptions, and calling just to bug customer service as Bubba The Love Sponge will continue hosting his popular weekday afternoon program on channel Howard 101 on Sirius Radio.

This morning Bubba The Love Sponge joined Howard Stern to disclose his gratitude and announce that he will continue to broadcast with Sirius for another year.

While on the show Howard Stern asked Bubba The Love Sponge about his weight and asked if he had been putting on weight. Bubba stated that he was around 295 - 300 pounds, and that he had only gained 40 pounds since he was last in The Hamptons. Howard was in disbelief stating that Bubba was much larger than Artie who is also pushing a plump 300 pounds.

Howard asked Bubba The Love Sponge to get on the scale. Bubba refused to get on the scale and was getting very defensive of his weight. Bubba flat out said he was scarred of the scale and would not get on the scale no matter what. Bubba The Love Sponge later went on to say he was definitely over 300 pounds and has been under a lot of stress lately.

Bubba needs to get hooked up with that 5-Factor Diet before it is too late. I like the Bubba The Love Sponge show and I am glad that he will be around for one more year with Sirius radio. He just needs to get his fat ass in shape before he croaks in the studio with some hot girls that will definitely give him a heart attack sooner or later.

Sirius Radio released a statement this morning.

“We are happy Bubba has renewed with Sirius,” said Scott Greenstein, Sirius’ President, Entertainment and Sports. “Bubba has steadily created an enthusiastic national fan base since he launched his show. That fan base will continue to expand on Sirius.”
