Kiefer Sutherland is in JAIL! Kiefer, star of 24, surrendered yesterday at 5:30pm and was booked at 5:46pm. The booking record shows Kiefer is 40 years old, 150lbs., 5′10, blond hair, and blue eyed. Kiefer was scheduled to start his time on December 21 (his birthday), but I guess he decided now was the best time. Since the writers strike is still going on, Kiefer can’t really work so he probably thought his time would best be served in jail. Kiefer could have waited as late as February 12th to start serving his time. Poor guy…I hope he learns his lesson (and I hope he has a Merry Christmas in jail!)
