Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony performed at Madison Square Garden this weekend but did not give the crowd what they wanted! Lopez and Anthony did not confirm pregnancy reports like everyone thought. Instead, Lopez showed up wearing the biggest clothes ever! How big is she expecting to get?!?!

Obviously Jennifer had to pick out bigger clothes to perform in now because she will be performing in the same thing over and over. She realizes that she will be getting bigger the farther long in the pregnancy she gets but DAMN! How big is Jennifer going to get?! Reports say she is having twins, but the way that dress looks….she may be having triplets!
