Kiefer Sutherland, the star of “24,” has been charged with DUI by the L.A. city attorney’s office. Sutherland, who was just recently arrested, was actually still on probation for a drunk driving arrest that took place in 2004. According to Nick Velasquez, a representative for the city attorney’s office, Sutherland is looking at possible jail time between four days and a year. Velasquez also said:

“We also charged him with a second DUI offense within 10 years, which we believe also violates the terms of his probation.”

Well…I expect he will spend some time in jail. Hopefully it doesn’t interfere with any 24 stuff because that show is GREAT and obviously can’t survive without Kiefer!!
