Nick Bollea, also known as Nick Hogan, has plead no contest to speeding in a construction zone. He was actually going 82mph in a 45mph construction zone while workers were present. Nick is no stranger to getting pulled over but has bragged in the past on how easy it is for him to get out of tickets since he IS the son of Hulk Hogan. However, on August 10th, just one month before his near-fatal car crash, Nick was pulled over by a Pinellas Park police officer and ticketed. Nick is also no stranger to speed. He is a professional drifter and earned his Formula D competition license in 2006.

According to Ron Stuart, a spokesman for the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Clearwater, Judge William Overton adjudicated him guilty Monday morning and ordered a fine of $1,000, the maximum fine for the offense.

The judge also ordered the 17-year old to complete a 12-hour driver improvement course within 90 days.

Nick better get used to this whole court thing because after his serious auto accident on August 26th, 2007 (where he injured his friend John Graziano–who is still in critical condition) there is no way this kid should not be spending some time in jail!
